James began his career at Les Amis in September 2010 having worked previously at a SEN school. He is now a Registered Manager at the home, Clubley and has completed a MI Level 5 and his QCF level three in Health and Social Care. James is also currently undertaking the Level 3 Assessors’ Award for Assessing in the Workplace. James is passionate about learning and progressing in order to provide the very best service to the people who rely on him at Les Amis. 

James strives to ensure that his team of seven support workers are fully equip to meet the needs of the five residents at Clubley. With an ethos committed to person-centric care and high quality support, James and his team aim to provide the necessary support for their residents to achieve their full potential in life.

James also teaches a session on, “Introduction to Learning Disabilities” for new inductees, giving an insight in to what to expect from working at Les Amis.
