At Les Amis we recognise that our greatest resource are the staff who ensure that the residents and service users receive the highest standard of support and care to which they are entitled.
Les Amis invests heavily in its learning and development function and works hard to create a culture of progressive and collaborative practice. For example, every staff member must complete a six-week induction prior to working unsupervised in his or her area of employment.
Les Amis supports all staff members in their personal and professional development and encourages all staff to complete higher formal training awards, be it within the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or another recognised qualification body relevant to that staff member’s role.
Les Amis believes in succession planning, maximizing career potential and staff recognition and reward in line with performance.
By investing in the future and in the staff teams, Les Amis is investing in the future of the people they support.
If you are a local charity and would like assistance with your training needs, please contact Jason.Loveless@lesamis.org.je
Les Amis deliver and develop quality services, in partnerships, to support people with learning disabilities and/or associated conditions and their families. We also provide safeguarding training and information services, alongside our growing gardening and recycling services teams.
