Are you looking to pursue a career in Health & Social Care, achieve formal qualifications, and want career development?

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individual with a genuine interest in working with individuals with a learning disability, in a range of services including Residential, Domiciliary, and Respite?

Positions are 30-35hrs p/w which includes shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties. We hold a four-week induction where full training is given, including theory work and shadowing staff in group homes.

Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Previous experience is not required.

We offer a competitive salary, career development, and pension scheme.

5 years residency not required.
