Les Amis' Project Trinity on track to open in August 2026

Dec 29, 2025

Since beginning construction in early June, Les Amis' Project Trinity, to be officially known as Maison Des Amis, is on track to open in August 2026.

Les Amis raised £1 million to buy the property on Rue du Bechet, Trinity, and a further £2.5 million to fund the construction and development of the project.

Maison des Amis will provide nursing care for Islanders with learning disabilities and higher nursing needs due to age or dementia. This will allow Les Amis to continue to provide care for Islanders when their needs become more complex, including end-of-life care. The facility will comprise five ensuite bedrooms, a communal living space and kitchen, as well as a flat for family to stay over when needed.

Managing Director, Shaun Findlay, said that 'This provision will enable us to support people right up to that final day, and make sure their quality of care is maintained all the way to the end'.
