Remember me a Rainbow | Leaving your legacy for our Island's Charities

Sep 05, 2024

As we mark Legacy Week 2024 (also known as Remember a Charity Week), we are seeing evidence locally of just how vital a legacy gift can be for a charity's survival and its ability to keep supporting those who needs its services.

Jersey is a generous-hearted island, and so you are likely to list with ease several charities which have helped you or someone you know. Perhaps you've volunteered or enjoyed fundraising for a charity, which in turn enlightened or even inspired you to champion change in your own way. To leave a legacy for those charities close to your heart and mind can be equally as easy. Read our JEP article below to learn more.

For Legacy Week 2024, Les Amis and BCR Law, a local law firm with whom we've worked for several years, are offering coffee mornings (10:30-11:30) on:

At these events, BCR Law managing partner and practice area head of wills and probate David Benest and partner Jeremy Heywood will be on hand to share some practical tips and answer any questions.
