HSBC volunteers swiftly spruce up Les Amis' HQ

Thank you to the team of volunteers from HSBC who came to swiftly paint and decorate Les Amis office reception area and meeting room and the Garden Flat’s kitchenette.

The team of 13 contributed to approximately around 20 hours of work in one afternoon. They came prepared with their bright red, branded HSBC coveralls and brilliant energy – making quick work of the tasks that our Maintenance team were grateful to tick of their list!

Alex Black, Facilities Manager at Les Amis: “The support given by HSBC has contributed to our ongoing efforts at improving the environment of our service users and staff. With over 35 premises, spread across the Island to encourage independent and community-based living, there is always work to be done. The Garden Flat, one of the areas painted by HSBC, often hosts the Les Amis’ Social Club. This club is accessible to all service-users and provides fun, and purposeful activities. Therefore, a rejuvenated area for them to enjoy has been well received”.
