Les Amis Camper Van Raffle Returns

Jul 19, 2021

Les Amis is pleased to announce the return of its VW Camper Van raffle draw after the competition had a year in hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. From today [19th July] tickets will go on sale offering one lucky person the chance to take home a brand-new VW California Coast Camper van full of holiday spirit and worth over £50,000!

The latest modern compact motorhome includes a pop-up roof, awning, expanded kitchen and can sleep up to four people. Raffle entrants could also win cash prizes of £1,000 and £500.

Jason Loveless, Head of Support Services, said: “We were really disappointed not to be able to host the raffle last year, but our priority had to be on protecting our residents and staff during the pandemic. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making this year’s raffle even bigger and better, with purchasing tickets more accessible for everyone and ending with a special event for our draw!

“The funds from this raffle draw are so important to the work we do as a charity so we hope everyone will make an effort to get involved and buy a ticket. We’d like to thank all our corporate sponsors for their ongoing support, especially Motormall for providing us with the very latest VW Camper Van at cost price.”

3,000 tickets are now available for purchase from the charity’s website at www.lesamis.org.je/raffle-2021. The charity will also be selling 2,000 hard copy tickets as they pop up around St Helier throughout summer. Please check the website for updates and where to find them.
