When you apply for a role at Les Amis, we collect and use your personal information only to manage and assess your application and to meet our legal responsibilities as an employer.

Unsuccessful applications are kept for 6 months and then securely deleted

Successful applications form part of your personnel record and are kept for 6 years after employment ends
