When you apply for a role at Les Amis, we collect and use your personal information only to manage and assess your application and to meet our legal responsibilities as an employer.
In brief:
We use your information to review your application, contact you about the role, and make recruitment decisions
Your information is accessed only by authorised staff involved in recruitment and may be shared where legally required
Unsuccessful applications are kept for 6 months and then securely deleted
Successful applications form part of your personnel record and are kept for 6 years after employment ends
We do not sell your data and only share it where this is lawful and necessary
