With over 30 years of nursing experience, Cheryl Kenealy is a respected leader in Jersey’s care sector. After beginning her career in South Africa, she moved to Jersey 20 years ago and has since founded and led several successful care businesses. Her expertise spans clinical practice, community care, training and digital care technology.

Cheryl is passionate about using smart technology to enhance independence, safety and wellbeing values that sit at the heart of 1:2:1 Care. She also serves as Chairperson of the Jersey Care Federation, where she champions high standards and positive change across the island’s care community.
