Team Leader
A great opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.
The successful candidate would assist the Registered Manager meet levels of compliance specified by the JCC. Support person centered planning ensuring assessments of needs are completed.
Deputise in the absence of the RM, covering tasks as rota management, risk assessments, development of support staff, medication etc.
Applicants MUST hold RQF Level 3 in H&SC or nearing completion of the qualification. Minimum of 2 yrs experience in H&SC.
The post is 35hrs p/w & requires shift work, weekends & sleep in duties.
