A great opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.

  • The successful candidate must hold RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for H&SC or Level 3 (with a view to commence Level 5) with a minimum of 2 years experience in H&SC.
  • Statutory responsible for maintaining the compliance of Jersey Law in respect of registration requirements.
  • Ensure UK national minimum standards are maintained within Services in line with JCC requirements. Providing appropriate care and support at all times.
  • Person centred planning, rota management, budgets, development & supervision of support staff/team leaders etc.

The post is 40hrs p/w & requires on call duties on a rotational basis Mon to Sun which are paid in addition to the salary.

Excellent renumeration package and pension scheme.

5 years residency required.

Essential core skills required:

  • Good written and oral English
  • Computer and keyboard skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities
  • Full manual driving licence
