Registered Manager
A great opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.
The post is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. The post also requires on-call duties on a rotational basis Monday to Sunday, which are paid in addition to the salary.

The successful candidate will be statutory responsible for maintaining the compliance of Jersey Law in respect of registration requirements.
To work with the Behaviour & Practice Development Manager in the development of Philosophy of Care to enable the service to continue to meet the requirements of Jersey specific care legislation and UK national minimal standards.
Application must hold a QCF/RQF level 5 Diploma in Leadership qualification in H&SC OR Level 3 in H&SC (with the view to commence level 5)
The post-holder would report to Andy Millett, Behaviour & Practice Development Manager, and also work closely with the Senior Management Team.
5 years residency required.
Key skills required:
- Support person-centred planning and ensure that the relevant assessments of need are completed and reviewed regularly.
- Report and/or manage any safeguarding issues in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Ensure UK national minimum standards are maintained within Services in line with JCC requirements.
- Manage the delivery of team and house meetings as well as individuals’ supervisions, enabling positive communication that benefits all.
- Manage and control the house budgets to work within the organisation’s framework.
