General Maintenance Assistant

A great opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.

Working within a small, busy team assisting/supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or associated conditions during work based tasks within the maintenance, recycling and garden services.

Assist with the management of Health & Safety risks and supporting the administration of general maintenance services across Les Amis.

The position is 30hrs p/w Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm OR 8:30am to 2:30pm (hours negotiable).

5 years residency required

Essential core skills required:

  • Proven experience in maintenance work
  • Valid manual driving license & experience in driving commercial vehicles
  • Good written and oral English
  • Sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities
