De La Salle's Rhodes House raises over £1,000 for Les Amis

Nov 19, 2024

For Charity Week this year, De La Salle's Rhodes House raised £1,055 for Les Amis.

Les Amis was invited to present to the boys at their house assembly prior to Charity Week, telling them a bit more about the charity's work- empowering adult Islanders with learning disabilities.

Students across all year 7-12 year groups then organised and took part in a range of fundraising activities throughout the week including bake sales, non-uniform day and even a head shave!

We thank all those involved - the funds raised make it possible for Les Amis to continue supporting the lifeline and life-enhancing expenses that benefit its residents/ service-users.

If you are a student interested in fundraising for Les Amis, why not join Les Amis' Clean Air Force? To find out more and be in with a chance to win a prize of over £250, click here.
