MarieClaire started at Les Amis in 2012 as a support worker in the Children’s Respite Project and has gone on to become the Registered Manager for the Children’s Residential, Respite and Outreach services. MarieClaire’s role entails providing support and guidance to a team that works alongside the residents, ensuring a high quality of care in conjunction with the organisation’s philosophy, this and values at the centre of it all.
Working through the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services is the latest on MarieClaire’s development agenda and she feels very proud to be part of Les Amis’ team.
