Kerri-Ann began with Les Amis in 2010 as a support worker in the Adults and Children’s Respite Service and progressed to Registered Manager in 2014 in the Children’s Respite and Domiciliary Service. Kerri-Ann’s previous role entails the provision of care for the children using the respite and outreach service, providing much needed support for both the clients and their families. Kerri-Ann and her team are committed to delivering the very best care and support to all of the service users she looks after. Kerri-Ann has undertaken a new role recently, as the Registered Manager for Domiciliary Support Domiciliary Care, which will bring a new challenges and an opportunity for her to enhance her skills. She is currently undertaking the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services and has recently become a trainer for Maybo, which is based around managing conflict and challenging behaviour.
