Josh started working for Les Amis in 2013 as a General Administrator, progressing to HR and Finance Technical Support Administrator, his current role.
Josh is in charge of co-ordinating the organisation’s payroll each month and all associated elements, such as pension and social security. He also builds and develops the rota system for the company, as well as providing other technical support wherever needed throughout Les Amis.
Josh recently received his yellow belt in Lean 6 Sigma, which is a methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste… Josh continues with his professional development to ensure that he can streamline and eliminate wastefulness in administrative process wherever possible.
