Jason began working for Les Amis in 2010 as a support worker and is now the Head of Respite and Domiciliary services for adults and children.
Jason’s job is to ensure that the care and services that Les Amis provides for the large amount of adults and children who use respite and outreach, is of a high standard and delivered with a quality of care and provision commensurate with Les Amis’ philosophy and ethos. These services provide much needed respite for both the clients and their families and are designed and delivered in partnership with the client group.
Jason has recently completed the Chartered Management Institute level 5 and he’s also the Adult and Child safeguarding lead and trainer for the organisation.
Jason’s previous work experience includes ten years as a Children’s Services Practitioner for the NSPCC working with early years in child protection and prior to this as a teaching assistant and drama/dance teacher.
