After joining Les Amis in 2009 as a weekend member of staff, Donna is now our Head of Operations. From working as a house care-coordinator and then Deputy of the St Saviours Service, Donna moved onto become the Head of Adult Residential and Domiciliary Service. After completing the CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Donna took on her current role and is lit up by her work with Les Amis and is one of the people responsible for lighting up new team members as they join the Les Amis family.
As well as training and inductions, Donna’s responsibilities include the monitoring and maintenance of the day-to-day service delivery within Les Amis. This includes ensuring compliance with appropriate levels of governance and regulatory requirements, monitoring service budgets and supervising and supporting the Heads of Service throughout service delivery and future service development. Donna makes the Les Amis world go round.
