Alison began working for Les Amis in 2007 as a support worker and with the support of the organisation, she became a Registered Manager and has been in the role since 2013 managing one of the group homes, Rosevale. In 2015, Alison undertook responsibility of a second home, Sarum and now leads and manages a team of eight staff, looking after eight residents.
Alison works closely with the head of compliance in the development of philosophy of care at Les Amis. Having completed CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership, Alison is in the process of completing QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care. Alison credits Les Amis for their supportive training environment and the opportunities to make a difference for people who need support in Jersey.
