“I joined Les Amis in October 2016, in the role of Learning & Development Administrator.
Prior to this I worked in a variety of Management roles within the Finance Industry encompassing Six Sigma, Projects and Change Management within the Operational side of Banking, before taking time out to raise my family.
As I have only been here for six months and having never worked in the Social Care industry I’m learning more each day while still utilising the skills and experience gained in previous roles. I can happily say that I love working for Les Amis and playing my part in contributing to the excellent work the Organisation performs for its residents and within the Community.
